Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY: Our main focus is to keep our fabulous customers happy! If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please contact me (see below) within (3) days of receiving your shipment so credit can be issued. All returned items must be in the condition it was received, un-washed, un-worn and with the tags still attached. Please fill out the Return Form and mail your items back to BelleChic Boutique with a postmark date of (5) days from the day your purchase was received for a full cash refund.. If your item is not postmarked within (5) days of delivery, you will no longer qualify for a refund.  You are responsible for shipping and handling of any returns.  After the (5) days have passed, we will NOT accept returns. If not postmarked within the (5) day grace period; your item(s) will be returned to senders address. The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged for any reason; accessories such as sunglasses, headbands, hats, jewelry, swim suits, undergarments, leggings and any sale or clearance items.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We keep a very limited inventory, if any at all, of merchandise on hand. Upon receiving your order you find you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within (3) days of receipt and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. We cannot guarantee an exchange of the item but offer in store credit for any exchanges of items that have been un-washed, un-worn and have all tags still attached. Please follow the Return Policy guidelines to receive your store credit.
